Portugal Short Term ESC Project
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
With this project we want to give you the opportunity to act actively in Sustainable Development, supporting and facilitating activities of Braga Youth Centre, which aim to contribute to the accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). As a Youth Centre we have as one of our goals to uphold the implementation of projects supporting and/or hosting activities of youth organisations of Braga that work with young people. Therefore, they will be invited to present initiatives that work on this theme. Thus, you will have tasks such as: providing logistical support to the initiatives organized by youth organisations in our Centre; streamline activities such as debates and informal talks that will focus on the theme of sustainability; provide technical support for these activities. With this project you will be able to acquire and improve your personal, social, and professional skills. We want you to become a more active citizen and more aware of issues that concern us daily.

Daily meals will be served in our restaurant/bar and, if you want to cook your own meals eventually, there is also a hostel kitchen that you can use. About transport, you have several options at your disposal, such as a bus (with several bus stops next to the Centre), bicycles or electric scooters.
