OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT
Objective 1. Facilitate Networking: Connect youth workers, decision-makers, peer educators, youth leaders, and municipal representatives to build a strong network of professionals and organizations involved in youth work.
Objective 2. Promote Collaboration: Encourage the development of collaborative projects and initiatives by providing opportunities for participants to discuss common goals, share best practices, and explore potential partnerships.
Objective 3. Enhance Skills: Offer workshops and sessions that enhance participants’ skills and knowledge in areas such as youth work, youth participation, and non-formal learning, contributing to their professional development.
Objective 4. Share Experiences: Create a forum for sharing experiences and insights on successful strategies, challenges, and innovations in youth engagement and development.
Objective 5. Develop Partnerships: Support the formation of new partnerships and alliances that can lead to the implementation of joint projects and initiatives aimed at improving youth services and opportunities.
Objective 6. Generate Ideas: Stimulate the generation of new ideas and approaches for addressing youth-related issues and promoting active citizenship among young people.
PARTNERS AND PARTICIPANTS
2 (Two) participants from each country Total 50 participants.
Participants travel budget is calculated from their city of residence to Gaziantep. Please use the distance calculator to calculate your travel distance. Don’t forget to select Gaziantep as your destination.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
The project is aimed at youth workers, decision-makers, peer educators/multipliers, youth leaders, and municipal representatives from active youth organizations, especially those with established connections to youth centers or clubs. It focuses on including professionals and volunteers who are actively involved with young people, with the goal of enhancing their skills in youth work and youth participation. Participants should have a strong command of both verbal and written English and be available for the entire duration of the project, which includes preparation, main activities, material development, dissemination, and evaluation. Prior knowledge of non-formal learning and youth-related topics will be advantageous for a productive experience and effective sharing of insights.
