Participant Call for the France Training Course, which will take place between 2 October 2024 and 30 October 2024 in Etroeungt, France
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
“Mr. and Ms. Error” is all about boosting your mental health and personal growth. Through both planned sessions and informal experiences, you’ll gain practical tools for self-reflection, stress management, and emotional resilience. You’ll also learn how to build strong, healthy relationships, navigate the digital world wisely, and develop a supportive community with peers.
ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
There is no cost for your regarding this. Accommodation and Food is already covered by an Erasmus+ Co-funding,
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
During the training, stepping out of your comfort zone will help grow your confidence and self-esteem. Afterward, the skills and coping strategies you learn will stick with you, improving your everyday life, relationships, and even future professional success. You’ll be empowered to positively impact your community and face challenges with resilience and emotional intelligence.
