SUMMARY:Türkiye Long Term ESC Project
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nParticipants are being sought for the Türkiye Long Term ESC Project, which will take place between 01/11/2024 to 25/10/2025 in Niğde!\n\n\n\n\nACTIVITY DESCRIPTION\nThe starting point of our project is to add a European element to our local activities and to provide information and opportunities for young people.As an association we carry out many activities in our province.In this context our aims are: -Adding a European element to our volunteering work.- Increasing the quality of our youth information activities.-Providing opportunities. -Fighting discrimination against women, youth and disabled people and removing obstacles for equal opportunities and participation in social and economic life. Volunteers will do different activities:1° Organizing an English Speaking Club and, if they want, in their own language; 2° Creating social media content for AGESDER’s English learning Instagram account; 3° Preparing their own activities in any area that they are interested in (arts and culture, sustainable development, work life,book or movie club) 4.Social responsibility activities,… Project Duration: 359 days Travel Time:2 days Total:361 days\nACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS\nAccommodation, food and transport will be covered by the project. The working conditions of the volunteers are the same as those of our staff, so we can guarantee a safe working environment with a kitchen and a bathroom. Volunteers will stay in an apartment located about 15 minutes by bus from the office. We also have good medical care in Niğde and our association is working on this issue. In order to prevent crises and problems, we will strive to maintain good communication with the volunteer and their sending organization.\nPARTICIPANT PROFILE\nThe most important thing for us is the motivation of the volunteer.
